Submit Customer Hub content block templates for your app

Submit app-created content block templates for Klaviyo's Customer Hub

Before you begin

🚧

Note that app-created content block templates are in beta so this experience is subject to change.

In order to submit Customer Hub content block templates for your app, your OAuth app must be published on Klaviyo’s App Marketplace. Once your app has been published, you may submit content block templates for Klaviyo’s Customer Hub, a signed-in experience designed to boost customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue.

Customer Hub content block template requirements

📘

Before submitting your Customer Hub content block template, create a content block using the template in the same Klaviyo account as your app. This block will be used as a reference for review.

Ensure that your template meets the following requirements:

  • Simple content

The block contains simple, concise content with high-quality visual elements.

  • Personalization tag fallback content

Any personalization tags within the block must have default fallback content.

  • Targeted segments

If the content block targets specific segments, they must be properly configured in the block.

Submit your Customer Hub content block template

When your Customer Hub content block template is ready to be published, fill out our app-created Customer Hub content block form. Please ensure that the content block name you provide exactly matches the name in your account. Once submitted, the Klaviyo Ecosystem Team will review your content block and provide feedback. If approved, your block will be cloned and added to the template library.
