Update a form's name or complete editable definition.
Only name and definition may be supplied. Omitted attributes retain their values. The channel, version IDs, and live versions cannot change. Omitted editable entities are deleted from a supplied definition. A definition from an earlier GET can overwrite subsequent edits; this endpoint does not provide optimistic concurrency checks.
