List marketplace applications, newest first.

Includes the published version of every published application. Private-key callers also see their own applications at any status. OAuth apps instead see only themselves at any status, and do not need applications:read.

Filter by name, categories, or developed_by. Wrap a developed_by filter in not() to exclude a developer.
