Returns Customer Agent conversations for the calling company.
Results are ordered with newest conversations first. Supports
filters by status and created_at time window, plus
cursor pagination for large pulls. Use to audit production
behavior, spot-check escalations, or feed conversation samples
back into Configure decisions.
